Solved: Office 365 outlook won’t configure. Error 80080005.

I had an issue at a clients today where the computer wouldn’t install the software needed to configure your computer and outlook to work with Office 365. The error message was 80080005. One thing I noticed in the event logs was that there were service related errors about WMI and Windows Update services failing repeatedly.
